Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RestoreFast Platform, including our website (restorefast.com), mobile application, and online services (including admin.restorefast.com and form.restorefast.com). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Platform.

Definitions

• "Company" (referred to as "RestoreFast," "we," "us," or "our") refers to Triandafilou Holding LLC, operating as RestoreFast, with offices at 909 Rose Ave Ste 400, North Bethesda, MD 20852.
• "Platform" refers to the RestoreFast website, mobile application, and all related online services.
• "Services" refers to restoration, construction, abatement, demolition, and related services provided by RestoreFast.
• "User" (referred to as "you" or "your") refers to the individual or entity accessing the Platform.

License to Use the Platform

You are granted an irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install (where applicable), and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or make the Platform available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark).
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access or interact with the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Your Content

In these Terms, "Your Content" means any audio, video, text, images, documents, project information, or other material you choose to display on or submit to the Platform. With respect to Your Content, by displaying or submitting it, you grant RestoreFast (Triandafilou Holding LLC) and its affiliates, partners, and/or suppliers a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media for purposes related to providing our Services.

Your Content must be your own and must not infringe on any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove any of Your Content from the Platform at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

Restoration and Construction Services

RestoreFast provides restoration, construction, abatement, demolition, and related services. The specific terms, pricing, and scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you.

By submitting a request for services through the Platform (including through form.restorefast.com), you acknowledge that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the authority to request services for the property in question.
• RestoreFast may contact you regarding your request via phone, email, or SMS.
• Final pricing and scope are subject to on-site assessment and written agreement.

Electronic Communications

By using the Platform or providing your contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, text messages (SMS), and push notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RestoreFast and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to ProCore for project management. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RestoreFast (Triandafilou Holding LLC), its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Maryland.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of RestoreFast.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements you enter into with RestoreFast, constitute the entire agreement between you and RestoreFast regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
