As part of our commitment to transparency and protecting your privacy, we include information about our integration with ProCore, a leading project information management system. This integration is essential for enhancing our Platform's functionality, allowing us to store and access project information efficiently.
Data Sharing and Use
By using our Platform, you agree that certain personal and project-related information will be shared with ProCore to facilitate project management tasks. This shared information includes your first name, last name, phone number, and email address, in addition to project names, schedules, and user roles associated with these projects.
Account Deactivation Policy
In line with ProCore's policy, it is not possible to permanently delete user accounts from their database. This measure is taken by ProCore to maintain accurate recordkeeping and compliance with industry standards. Instead, accounts can be deactivated. Deactivation means that the account will no longer be accessible or visible for active project management within ProCore, but the data associated with the account will be retained in ProCore's database.
Implications for Users
Once an account is created and linked with ProCore through our Platform, the option to permanently delete the account from ProCore's database is not available. Should you decide to stop using our Platform and request account deactivation, your personal and project information will remain stored in ProCore's systems for recordkeeping purposes.

At RestoreFast, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This section outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your phone number when you opt-in to receive SMS messages from us.
1. Opt-In Methods
You can opt-in to receive SMS messages from RestoreFast through:
- Website Form: By visiting form.restorefast.com or our contact page and entering your phone number. Submission provides consent to receiving text messages from RestoreFast.
- SMS Keyword: By texting START to (240) 380-2845, you agree to receive SMS messages from RestoreFast.
2. Message Frequency
We will send up to 4 messages per month related to service updates, promotions, and company announcements. We may communicate more frequently regarding active projects or emergency restoration services.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Check with your carrier for details.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to (240) 380-2845. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have unsubscribed.

Cross-Device Tracking
We may share hashed email addresses with advertising partners like NextRoll to deliver personalized ads across your devices.
